In order to join the ALACC you must first be a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology (This information can be aquired here from the American College of Cardiology web site) . Once you are elected a Fellow of the College simply indicate on your dues statement that $90 of your payment is for the Alabama Chapter annual dues. Your membership will be automatically added to the ALACC.
